West Otter Lake Road Association

The West Otter Lake Road Association (WOLRA) maintains the shared SEASONAL roads used by cottagers to access the west end of Otter Lake via Hwy 35. The WOLRA's volunteer directors collect road fees, hire the contractor to do road maintenance, keep records, and distribute minutes from the annual meeting.
